    Sounds like you really grew to understand Lucy. That is so great! You really made a lot of progress with her!

  2. Hi Cara,

    I agree with your classroom management policy! We seem to be really on the same page with that. I think all of those aspects are so important! I think it is very interesting that Lucy better responded to the plan when she was in control of it. That is something that I had not thought of before, but the student being in control could really effect how vested he/she feels in the behavior plan and in maintaing positive behavior. I noticed that our plans were very similar. I think this has a lot to do with the ages of our students and those type of visual plans work very well for them. I’m so glad that the BIP is helping Lucy, and I know all of those students love you! You are amazing, Ms. Knight!!
